The Peer2Peer Network carefully matches PTs from non-competing regions to participate in a PT Mastermind program. Participants meet twice a year for structured face-to-face meetings with other executives and content experts. Peers become accountable to each other as they set goals, assess weaknesses and grow as leaders in the physical therapy industry.
